Payments can be made via the mail or online at Downtownian.com.  For more detailed information and instructions, see [[Making Rent Payments|Making Rent Payments]].

==== I have a bunch of roommates.  Can we all pay separately?  Can we all pay different amounts? ====

We only accept payments from one person per month, so if there are roommates, you'll have to designate a payer and work out a system so that one person can make the payment for all of the roommates.  To get more details on this, see [[Multiple Payers|Multiple Payers]].  To find out other information you should know when you have roommates, you should also see [[Roommates|Roommates]].
