A final inspection of your apartment will be scheduled within five days after you've surrendered your apartment back to us (see[[Moving Out|Moving Out]]). The purpose of this inspection is to identify any damange caused to the apartment and what, if anything, will be your responsibility.

<li>While you cannot request a specific date or time, you are allowed to attend the inspection at the time it is scheduled.</li>
<li>If you'd like us to notify you of the date and time of the inspection, you must send a request to us in writing which you have personally signed and dated. The request must be mailed at least 15 days before the end of your lease, and must be sent Certified Mail with a Return Receipt. We will notify you of the scheduled date and time as soon as possible after receiving your request.</li>
<li>The inspection is to identify damage only. We will not be able to determine responsibility or final cost of repairs at the time of the inspection.</li>
<li>Your attendance is for informational purposes only.  If you dispute any of our findings, you must do so after the inspection in writing.  We will consider all dispute claims, however our decision is final and binding, and made at our own discretion.</li>
<li>If you do not vacate your apartment by 5 pm on the last day of your lease, the inspection may need to be postponed.</li>
