If you become locked out of your unit for any reason and need to be let into it right away, please call our emergency hotline at (410) 753-2132 and let us know.  We will get back to you as soon as possible to let you know when we can visit.  You must be waiting at the apartment when we arrive.   For emergency or after-hours lock out service, the fee will be $75, payable <u>in cash</u> directly to the Downtownian.com team member who arrives to unlock the door (the fee goes directly to that team member, not to us).  

If the issue is not an emergency, please submit a [http://www.downtownian.com/service/open.php regular service request], and we will let you know when the next time will be that we are at your building.  For scheduled lock out service, the fee will be up to $35, billed to your account.
