<li>All Tenants listed on the Apartment Lease are equally responsible for the FULL balance each and every month.  If there is a past due balance, we will proceed to collect against all Tenants, regardless of who paid and who did not.  If one roommate does not make his or her payment, the other roommates still risk collections, possible eviction and damage to credit history.  In that instance, we strongly encourage the other Tenants to make up the difference and deal with the issue internally.</li>
