Subletting Your Apartment

We hope you will remain a Downtownian.com resident for a long time to come. However, we do realize that circumstances may require you to move, such as a new job or other life changing event.

We do not allow subletting of your apartment or assignment of your lease under any circumstances. You may, however, terminate your lease early under certain circumstances. See Early Lease Termination for more information on that process.
