Your unit is painted before move-in for sanitary purposes. Repainting your unit is forbidden without written permission. You must cover the expense of our painting service, including labor and materials.

Painting will require a non-refundable fee to cover the repainting of the unit upon move-out.

Please note that only walls may be painted. Floors, ceilings and textured areas of your unit must never be painted. Exposed woodwork, decorative chattels and buit-in furniture or cabinetry must never be painted.
