Be careful with walls and fixtures. Small picture hooks are fine. Large holes, sticky adhesives, or damage to floors, cabinets, or woodwork will be charged at move out.
No alterations without approval. Do not install shelves, ceiling hooks, extra locks, or make any changes without written permission.
No Painting on your own. If you want color, ask us—we can arrange painting for a small fee.
Keep your apartment in good condition. If you damage something or allow damage (for example, not reporting a leak), you may be responsible for repair costs.
