Internet, Cable & Service Installations
Ask before installing services: Cable, satellite dishes, internet wiring—get written approval first. We have rules about where wires and dishes can go.
Scheduling: Please schedule installations during normal business hours (no weekends or holidays).
Damage: Tenants are responsible for any damage caused by installers or equipment.
Before Moving Out: Remove all cables and equipment before vacating.
Free internet is not guaranteed: If provided, it’s not part of your lease. Even if it’s down, rent is still due on time.
