You should connect to the wireless network at your building via the password we provided you upon move-in. We cannot guarantee that the free wireless high speed internet in your apartment building will always work flawlessly. Our goal is for it to function great, but as we all know, technology sometimes fails. When it does, we do our best to get it up and running as soon as we can.
