Ask before installing services. Cable, satellite dishes, internet wiring—get written approval first. We have rules about where wires and dishes can go. Please schedule installations during normal business hours (no weekends or holidays).

Tenants are responsible for any damage caused by installers or equipment.

Before Moving Out: Remove all cables and equipment before vacating.

Free internet is not guaranteed. If provided, it’s not part of your lease. Even if it’s down, rent is still due on time.
