Storage Lockers

If a storage locker is provided, it is for the tenant's personal use only. Tenants may store only their own property and may not keep hazardous, illegal, or inappropriate items in any area.

Management is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to items stored in lockers. Tenants are encouraged to carry their own insurance for stored belongings. Management reverses the right to inspect storage areas when necessary for maintenance, safety, or if there is reason to believe prohibited items are stored.
