Banned Dog Breeds
The following dog breeds (thoroughbred and mixed) are banned.* These dogs are not allowed on any Downtownian.com property for any reason, even if just visiting. Indiviual dogs of a vicious nature (those that have a history of aggression and/or biting), even if an allowed breed, are also banned.
- Airedale
- Akita
- Alaskan Malamute
- American Bulldog
- American Pit Bull Terrier (and all other "Pit Bull" types)
- American Staffordshire Terrier
- Bull Mastiff
- Chow
- Dalmation
- Doberman Pinscher
- German Shepherd
- Giant Schnauzer
- Great Dane
- Husky (All Types)
- Kerry Blue Terrier
- Presa Canario
- Rottweiler
- Spitz
- Wolf Hybrid
- Wild Dogs

The following dogs are banned from living in a Downtownian.com building due to their size, but they may visit occasionally with notice first to management. There is no exception to the ban on these breeds. Any dog over 60 lbs, even if not on this list, is banned by default but may be approved on a case by case basis.

Banned Cats
The following felines are banned, with no exceptions. They are not allowed on any Downtownian.com property for any reason, even if just visiting.
- Savannah
- Wild Felines
Other Banned Pets
The following pets are also banned from all Downtownian.com property, with no exceptions.
- Alligators, Crocodiles and related species
- Foxes
- Insects
- Kinkajous (Sugar Bear)
- Primates (all non-human species)
- Raccoon
- Skunks
- Snakes: venemous, constrictors, and any measuring 3' or more
- Turtles
Banned Categories
Additionally, any pets that fall within any of the following categories are banned without exception. They may not be brought onto Downtownian.com property, even for a visit.

- Insects, All Types
- Farm Animals
- Wild Animals
- Venomous Animals
