When is my rent due?
Rent is usually due on the 1st of the month. See Rent Due Dates to find out more.
How do I make a payment?
Payments can be made via the mail or online at Downtownian.com. For more detailed information and instructions, see Making Rent Payments.
I have a bunch of roommates. Can we all pay separately? Can we all pay different amounts?
We only accept payments from one person per month, so if there are roommates, you'll have to designate a payer and work out a system so that one person can make the payment for all of the roommates. To get more details on this, see Multiple Payers. To find out other information you should know when you have roommates, you should also see Roommates.
The Internet was down, and I couldn't make my online payment by the due date. Will I get a late fee?
Yes, you will. That's why you should always make your payments in advance of the end of the month, just in case something unforseen happens. To get the scoop, see Online Payments.
