Lock Outs

Scheduled Lockout Service

If the issue is not an emergency, please submit a regular service request, and we will schedule a time to meet you to unlock your apartment for you. Lockout appointments are during regular business hours, and may be scheduled during a window. We will try our best to meet you at a time that is convenient for you, dependent on existing schedules.  For a scheduled lock out service, the fee will be a minimum charge of $45, billed to your account.

After Hours Lockouts

If you become locked out of your unit for any reason and need to be let into it right away, please call our emergency hotline at (410) 753-2132, press 1 for emergency service, and then choose the option for lockouts.  We will get back to you as soon as possible to let you know when we can visit. Unanswered callbacks will be cancelled.   For emergency or after-hours lock out service, the fee will be $75, payable in cash directly to the Downtownian.com team member who arrives to unlock the door (the fee goes directly to that team member, not to us).  We do not accept checks or electronically processed payments for emergency lockouts, nor are we able to bill an account for such service.  You must be waiting at the apartment when we arrive.  If you are not at the apartment when we arrive, your account will be billed a $100 false emergency fee to help defray the cost of the call.
