My light bulb is out and I can't reach to replace it. Can you come and do it for me?
Sure! The second Thursday of every month is light bulb day! Just click here to send a maintenance ticket to us, and we'll schedule you in. You'll need to supply the proper sized bulbs for us, and also $5 in cash for the service (you can just leave the stuff on the counter if you're not going to be there). We'll do the rest! If you can't have the bulbs available for us, we'll supply them for $5 each, billed to your account. Need the bulbs replaced quickly? No problem! Click here to request a special visit to your apartment for a very reasonable $35 fee. You provide the proper sized bulbs for us, or we will for $5 per bulb!
