Management or maintenance staff may need to enter your unit for repairs, inspections, or emergencies. Expect in urgent situation, you'll receive at least 24 hours' notice before entry. In emergencies, access may occur without notice to protect residents and property. Please keep entry areas clear and secure pets during visits.
