Window Air Conditioners

If your apartment does not already contain air conditioning, you are allowed to install appropriate A/C units in your windows, provided you meet the following regulations:

1. You are responsible for providing your own A/C units.
2. Management takes no responsibility for the installation or proper operating of your A/C units.
3. Do not install units rated more than 10,000 BTUs.
4. Units should have an energy efficiency rating (EER) of at least 9, and should pull no more than 15 amps.
5. You will be held responsible for any damages to the premises and/or the building as a result of installing and operating the A/C units.
