  1. You may pay rent by personal or certified check, money order or electronic funds transfer from any U.S. checking or savings account.  Master Card, Visa, Discover Card, America Express and CASH payments may be made through a third party provider.
  2. Checks may be mailed to Payment Center, P.O. Box 4883, Baltimore, MD 21211.  Overnight payments should be sent via U.S. Postal Service to Payment Center, 1401 Madison Ave., Suite B, Baltimore, MD 21217.  We cannot accomodate UPS or FedEx mailed payments at this time.
  3. Your check should be made payable to the name specified in your Apartment Lease.  Don't make it out to Downtownian.com!  Also, be sure to write your address and unit number in the memo, or it may be processed incorrectly.
  4. All forms of payment may be made online by signing into your account at Downtownian.com.
  5. Auto-pay may be configured so that your rent is automatically deducted from your account every month.
  6. Credit Card and cash payments may be made through a third party provider.  To make a credit card or cash payment, visitWilliamPaid.com or call (877) 894-5542.  There will be a flat $10 convenience fee for making a cash payment, and a 2.95% convenience fee for making a credit card payment.  Payments to WilliamPaid.com must be made well in advance to avoid a late fee.*
  7. Make sure you have enough in your account!  If your check or e-check is rejected for any reason, we reserve the right to charge you a $25 fee, plus bank fees, late fees and possibly other collections fees as well.
